Due to State & Federal regulations governing the limitations of shipping alcohol, RosebudWine.com can only ship wine to the following states
AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, SC, VA, VT, WA, WI, WY
RosebudWine.com does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 21. By using and purchasing on RosebudWine.com you are affirming that you and the person receiving the shipment are over the age of 21. All orders will require proper identification upon delivery and all shipments will be clearly labeled to indicate that the package can’t be delivered to anyone under the age of 21.
Wine shipments are fulfilled by FedEx. During times of weather unsuitable for wine (too hot or too cold), we may delay shipping so as to ensure your wine does not spoil or become otherwise damaged.
Monthly shipments typically arrive between the 20th and 31st of each month. If possible, we advise having your Rosebud shipments sent to your work, PO box, a mailbox store, office, or anywhere else where someone is regularly available to receive and sign for packages. If you miss a shipment, FedEx will generally allow you to reschedule another attempt, or have them hold your shipment at a local FedEx office for your to pick up. Returned shipments will re-shipped at the customer's expense
